General Questions

What areas do you service?

We serve West Chester, Cincinnati and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially on weekends or during busy seasons.

Why should I get my vehicle professionally detailed instead of going to a car wash?

A car wash focuses on speed and surface-level cleaning, while professional detailing is a deep, hands-on service designed to thoroughly clean, restore, and protect your vehicle. Detailing addresses areas a car wash cannot, such as: interior stains, pet hair, odors, interior surfaces, wheels, trim, and paint protection. Our process uses safe products, proper techniques, and individualized attention to improve your vehicle’s appearance, comfort, and long-term condition.

Booking and Appointment Info

Do you come to my location?

Yes. We are a mobile service and come to your home or workplace.

Can you detail my car in an apartment complex or Workplace?

Yes, as long as the property allows it and there is enough safe space for us to work.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

No. As long as the payment is provided after the service is complete, the vehicle is accessible, and keys are provided if needed.

What if I’m running late?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Excessive delays will reduce service time, include a late/cancellation fee or may require rescheduling.

What should I do before my appointment?

Please remove all personal belongings/valuables from the vehicle and have payment ready for after the service

Services & What's Included

How long does a detail take?

Most services take 2–5 hours depending on the condition and package.

Do stains and odors always come out completely?

Stains and odors generally can be removed but in the rare case that they aren't, for example deep stains or strong odors, may not be fully removable due to age or material absorption. Some odors and stains require multiple details before they fully get removed.

Can you remove scratches?

Currently, we cannot remove scratches, but we are working on polishing services that can remove deep or light scratches from a vehicles paint.

Do you clean seats, carpets, and headliners?

Yes, depending on the package or add-on selected.

Do you clean child car seats?

Yes, we can clean and sanitize child car seats upon add-on request.

Will my car smell like chemicals afterward?

No. We use professional products designed to leave a clean, fresh scent.

Can I request add-ons on the day of service?

Yes, depending on available time. Add-ons may include trim restoration, seatbelt restoration, pet hair removal, and more. For more info about our add-on services proceed to Add-On's

Requirements for Service

Do you need my keys?

Yes. Keys are needed for proper interior access and safe vehicle movement.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

Yes. We will need access to your water and electricity, but we are currently working on is using our own electricity and water

What if I don’t have water or electricity available?

Unfortunately, if you cannot provide water and electricity, we will not be able to perform our services on your vehicle.

Do you work in cold weather or bad weather?

Yes, but extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions will require rescheduling.

Pricing, Payments & Upcharges

Do you charge extra for pet hair, heavy dirt, or severe stains?

Yes. Upcharges apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, trash, stains, or strong odors. You will be notified before any extra charges are applied. For more info about our add-on services proceed to Add-On's

How do I pay?

Payment is due right after the service is completed. We accept cash and digital payments such as Cash App and Apple Pay. We do not accept the payment of check or card at the moment.

Cancellations & Reschuduling

How do cancellations work?

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment. If client does not cancel 4 hours prior to the appointment they will be subject to a cancelation fee.

What is your no-show policy?

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a fee.

Satisfaction & Policies

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work with you on a resolution. No refunds will be made but, we can guarantee you, you will be satisfied after we complete the service.

Do you take Videos/Photos?

Yes. Photos are used for documentation and promotional purposes. No personal information will ever be shared.
