By booking or using services from Jackson Bros, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Service Access & Requirements

Customers grant permission for Jackson Bros to be on their property for detailing services.

Customers must provide vehicle keys, water, and electricity for all services.

Keys will be returned only after full payment is received.
Payment Policy

Payment is due the same day services are completed.

Accepted payment methods: Cash and Cash App only.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the appointment are free.

Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment or no-shows are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price.
Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled if temperatures exceed 95°F or fall below 35°F, or if conditions are otherwise unsafe.
Additional Charges & Upgrades

Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or other conditions requiring extra time or products.

All add-ons and upcharges will be discussed and approved before service begins.
Damage Disclaimer

Jackson Bros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by fragile, worn, or malfunctioning vehicle components.

We are not responsible for paint failure, oxidation, peeling clear coat, or prior improper repairs.
Personal Belongings

Jackson Bros is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Photos & Documentation

Photos or videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes.

No personal or identifying customer information will be shared.
Satisfaction Policy

Customers must report concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Service Area

Primary service area includes West Chester and surrounding areas.

Cincinnati service may be available upon request.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
