Jackson Bros does not offer refunds for any completed services.

If a customer is dissatisfied, we may offer:

• A future service discount, or

• A courtesy adjustment at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued for completed services, cancellations within the 4-hour window, no-shows, or add-on services that were performed.
